Our Warranty

Taormina Jewelry Inc stands behind everything it sells and warrants that all fine jewelry items will be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. If the problem is deemed to be from a manufacturing defect, Taormina Jewelry will repair or replace the jewelry item at no charge (excluding shipping). Warranty excludes coverage from excessive wear-and-tear, physical/accidental abuse, and negligence, loss of precious stones, theft, fire, and contact with any foreign substance, contact with sharp or rough objects, improper cleaning or alterations. Repairs, warranty service or any work performed by someone other than Taormina Jewelry Inc. will void this warranty.

• Broken or cracked metal (Life Time Warranty)
• Broken clasp (Life Time Warranty)
• Loosen clasp (Life Time Warranty)
• Missing clasp parts (Life Time Warranty)
• Any missing Metal parts (Life Time Warranty)
• Brooches security clasp (Life Time Warranty)
• Lost earring's back (Life Time Warranty)
• Brooches pin joint (Life Time Warranty)
• Broken/lost Gemstone Pearls and Beads (3 months) note: Buyers are entitled to a maximum of 1 warranty replacement .

• Rubber re-sizing
• Ring re-sizing (please read our ring resize policy above)
• Necklace re-sizing
• Bracelet re-sizing
• All Rubber parts which includes: 
• Rubber broken by clasp, Rubber become stiff, Rubber Cord Replacement
