Is your jewelry handmade?
Yes. Taormina Jewelry is totally handmade and specifically crafted for you. Our jewelry are assembled and formed by hand rather than through the use of machines. According to the guidelines of the FTC, in order to be called Handmade the work must be made solely by hand power or hand guidance, also means that jewelry may be made using drills, lathes, polishers, or other machinery, but it must be guided by human hand. We do NOT mass produced our jewelry, and we do NOT use punch presses and CNC machinery.
Findings, clasps, joints, hinges, mounting... from Our Jewelry Catalog are individual work of art, designed by Vincenzo Taormina Master Jeweler and handcrafted by him or under is strict supervision by well trained artisans in his State of Art Studios located in USA and Italy.

Does your jewelry give allergenic reactions?
Taormina only use high grade Stainless Steel 316 which is Hypoallergenic. We have been in business for 11 wonderful years and so far no one ever complained about allergenic reactions.
What kind of Gold do you use in your jewelry?
All gold accents (spheres and Tubes) in our jewelry is 14kt Gold filled.
What kind of Pearls do you use in your jewelry?
We use genuine dyed Black Freshwater Pearls and Cultured White Pearls (Asian)
Note: all our Black Pearl are slightly baroque (not perfectly round).
Do your jewelry tarnish?
Stainless Steel needs little maintenance, it's waterproof, will never tarnish and is not subjected to oxidation
Can I swim and take showers with your Stainless Steel jewelry?
Yes you can. Note: always after showers and swim in salty water, rinse your Stainless Steel Jewelry with freshwater, soap and wipe them off.
I notice that my jewelry after wearing, have some scratches. What should I do?
Like every other piece of jewelry or watches in Stainless Steel, Our Jewelry needs a bit of periodical maintenance routine obviously no so often like Platinum or Gold or Silver. You can go to your local jeweler, or you can ship to us and we will polish and refinish for you. Please use the refurbishing listing for payment and procedures.
I have noticed that the rubber in my necklace/bracelet it become Harder/stiff/broke, why?
Our PVC rubber is water proof, means that it doesn't get damaged by water, salty water (ocean) or chlorine water (swimming pool). However one thing that could damage the rubber and make it stiff is Perspiration pH. Your skin is coated with acid (pH), after extensive wearing the rubber becomes stiff and it could break where is attached to the clasp. I just placed an Order. When I will receive it?
Our Jewelry are Made to Order and specifically crafted for you, We normally ship within 7 to 10 business days, (depending on the shopping season, we could ship earlier) We ship via USPS Priority Mail Second day delivery. For International orders will take approx the same amount of time (if don't get stuck at Customs) We ship UPS Express Saver.
What if I need my order sooner?
I received a Piece from Taormina Jewelry, but it's the wrong size.. now what?
If you received a Piece od Our Jewelry and you realized that you need a different size or length, please Contact us, and we will direct you how to exchange it. Note: if the wrong size is do to an error on Our side, the exchange will be free of charge, but if the error is on the Buyer side, some fee will may apply
I purchased a Tension Ring from Taormina Designs but I ordered the wrong size, what should I do?
All Taormina's Tension Rings are create to the exact size provided to us by the Buyer, after the receiving you realize that are in need for a different size, We are here to help you. However Tension Set Ring for technical reasons cannot be Resized, therefore any error on selecting a size, necessitates the crafting of a New ring. For this particular reason, in order to proceed with the re-size, we will need a payment of a Resize Fee. Once the payment is complete, you will ship the wrong sized ring back to our studio, and we will craft a whole new ring and ship to you. Before you decide the new Ring Size, we Strongly suggest to visit your local jeweler and have them size your finger and Our ring, If there are discrepancies and Our ring was sent with the incorrect size, We will ship a new ring Free of Charge. The time frame for the new ring is most of the time (except Holidays and Summer Vacations) 10 to 15 business days, with a *complimentary Free Shipping (*USA Only)
Can I order Any sizes of ring, necklace's and bracelet's?
Most of the Time yes. All our jewelry are Made To Order, so if you desire to order different sizes/proportions, from what is offered in listing page, please write desired length or quarter and half size variation in the "message to seller" during check out.
Note: We like to keep our jewelry prices the same regardless the different dimensions.
If I own a Diamond or Gemstones, can you set it into Taormina's Ring mountings?
For technical and warranty reasons we cannot accommodate this request
Can I order different beads colors and Gemstone that are not listed in your Color Chart?
Why are orders shipping to Pennsylvania addresses taxed?
Taormina Jewelry Inc. is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. According to state and federal tax rules, we are required to charge sales tax on any item shipped to a Pennsylvania address..
I understand that Taormina's Shipment requires signature upon delivery. What if I can't sign?

Absolutely Yes. We ship World Wide. For All International Orders we ship UPS Express Saver Or USPS Priority International

Upon receipt, our jewelers will evaluate the item. The evaluation may take one to two weeks after which, we will contact you to discuss any service fees. We take “time owned” as well as “condition received” into consideration when evaluating a piece.

do you accept Order CANCELLATION?
For regular orders, Buyers have only 1 day window (24 hours) opportunity to cancel an Order.
All orders that are cancelled more than 1 day (24 hours) after order receipt date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the original price.
If the item has already been shipped, it must to be returned the next business days, via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation..
