USA SHIPPING ESTIMATE DELIVERY Our Company is based in USA.We operate in 2 State of Art Studios, one is located in USA that handles all US orders, and the another one is located in Italy that handles all European orders. All orders will take 7 to 10 business days to ship (plus 2/3 days shipping) Free Shipping (US Only). We ship USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. You will receive a shipment confirmation same day we ship along with tracking numbers. > Note: business days does not include weekends or national public holidays. > Note: Signature may be required as a proof of delivery for order over $250.00 Please contact us with your specific time frame needs and we will do our best to speed up production process and accommodate your request.
● INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Your order will take 7 to 10 business days to ship (plus 2/3 days shipping) We ship UPS Express. The cost of shipment vary depending of your country. The shipment fee is listed at the bottom of every single listing page. Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the BUYER.- If an incorrect shipping address is provided by the buyer, the order will be returned to Taormina Jewelry and the cost of re-shipping the order will be covered by the buyer. In order to avoid delay, along with your address, please provide your Phone Contact, so UPS can call you in case of being unable to delivery.
UPS cannot be applied towards orders being shipped to a P.O. Box.

● SHIPPING ADDRESS During checkout, please review it and make sure is up to date. If an Incorrect shipping address is provided by the Buyer, the order will be returned to Taormina Jewelry Inc and the cost of re-shipping the order will be covered by the Buyer.
● PACKAGING Every piece is delivered in a Elegant Jewelry box, ready to give as a gift! Taormina Designs cares for the environment, therefore all orders are shipped paperless.
Taormina Jewelry Inc. only assumes responsibility for a shipment while the item is in its possession. Upon delivery of the item to the shipping carrier, the laws and regulations of the shipper become the regulating laws of the shipment. The risk of loss of the item passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Taormina Jewelry Inc. will not be held responsible for lost shipments that are the fault of anyone but Taormina Jewelry Inc. and will not be held responsible.
Taormina Jewelry Inc. is not responsible for delays in transit or failure to delivery due to Incorrect address, fire, flood, strike or other labor difficulty, act of God, act of any governmental authority or of the customer, riot, embargo, fuel or energy shortage, wrecks or delay in transportation, inability to obtain necessary labor, materials, services or manufacturing facilities from usual sources, failure of suppliers, inability to obtain necessary proof of delivery and signature from recipient, or any other causes of like or unlike nature beyond Taormina Jewelry Inc. reasonable control.
Returns & Exchanges
● RETURNS If you are not delighted with your purchase, please return the unused item in its original condition within 10 DAYS. Since all our Jewelry are "made to Order", therefore special made for you (ring sizes, gemstone, length etc..).we cannot offer any refund, but you will receive an online Store Credit Only This credit will Not expire, and is only usable anytime at shoptaorminajewelry.com Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping costs are non-refundable.Prior returning the Item please contact us for the return authorization number.
● ORDER CANCELLATION For regular orders, Buyers have only 1 day window (24 hours) opportunity to cancel an Order. All orders that are cancelled more than 1 day (24 hours) after order receipt date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the original price. If the item has already been shipped, it must to be returned the next business days, via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation..
● EXCHANGES If you would like an exchange, you can do so by exchanging towards one item of equal or greater value from Our Shop. If you select an item of lower value, the balance will become Store Credit and it can be used any time in Our Shop NOTE: In the case of Exchange or Repair Service, If your shipping address you used originally is now different, it's your responsibility to inform us via email.
● IMPORTANT MESSAGES ABOUT ORDERING A WRONG SIZE About Necklaces & Bracelets: If you have requested the wrong length for Necklace or Bracelet, please contact us, we will reply with returns & shipping procedures, and gladly re-size* it for you (*Fees May Apply). About RingsRings are made to the exact size provided to us during checkout, any error on selecting a size on a Tension Set Ring necessitates the crafting of a new ring. A Flat fee must be payed prior the return of the wrongly sized ring. Once the resize is completed, the new ring will be shipped back to you. The time frame for the new ring is and average of 2 weeks. ● ABOUT OUR COLORED GEMSTONES Our gemstones are natural and will vary in color due to the natural characteristic of each individual stone. Color of the gemstone may differ from the actual image due to your screen resolution and the color lighting condition of the photo on screen.
● IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT OUR GEMSTONE RINGS: Our Gemstones are high quality, but we do non provide certificate of authenticity. In Our Tension Settings, the Gemstone is set under compression, so every time you inadvertently or accidentally hit the ring against an hard surface, the shock could create fracture into the stone and consequentially the stone could pop out, but in case of damages or loss of the Gemstone, we offer Gemstone Replacement Service.
