Our Company is based in USA.We operate in 2 State of Art Studios, one is located in USA that handles all US orders, and the another one is located in Italy that handles all European orders. All orders will take 7 to 10 business days to ship (plus 2/3 days shipping) Free Shipping (US Only). We ship USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. You will receive a shipment confirmation same day we ship along with tracking numbers.

> Note: Signature may be required as a proof of delivery for order over $250.00

● INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Your order will take 7 to 10 business days to ship (plus 2/3 days shipping) We ship UPS Express. The cost of shipment vary depending of your country. If an incorrect shipping address is provided by the buyer, the order will be returned to Taormina Jewelry and the cost of re-shipping the order will be covered by the buyer. Upon delivery of the item to the shipping carrier, the laws and regulations of the shipper become the regulating laws of the shipment. The risk of loss of the item passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Taormina Jewelry Inc. will not be held responsible for lost shipments that are the fault of anyone but Taormina Jewelry Inc. and will not be held responsible.

Returns & Exchanges
● RETURNS
If you are not delighted with your purchase, please return the unused item in its original condition within 10 DAYS. Since all our Jewelry are "made to Order", therefore special made for you (ring sizes, gemstone, length etc..).we cannot offer any refund, but you will receive an online Store Credit Only This credit will Not expire, and is only usable anytime at shoptaorminajewelry.com Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping costs are non-refundable.Prior returning the Item please contact us for the return authorization number.
● ORDER CANCELLATION
For regular orders, Buyers have only 1 day window (24 hours) opportunity to cancel an Order.
All orders that are cancelled more than 1 day (24 hours) after order receipt date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the original price.
If the item has already been shipped, it must to be returned the next business days, via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation..
● EXCHANGES
If you would like an exchange, you can do so by exchanging towards one item of equal or greater value from Our Shop.
If you select an item of lower value, the balance will become Store Credit and it can be used any time in Our Shop

About Rings Rings are made to the exact size provided to us during checkout, any error on selecting a size on a Tension Set Ring necessitates the crafting of a new ring. A Flat fee must be payed prior the return of the wrongly sized ring. Once the resize is completed, the new ring will be shipped back to you. The time frame for the new ring is and average of 2 weeks. Please contact us we will reply with returns & shipping procedures, and gladly re-size* it for you (*Fees May Apply).

Our gemstones are natural and will vary in color due to the natural characteristic of each individual stone. Color of the gemstone may differ from the actual image due to your screen resolution and the color lighting condition of the photo on screen.
● IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT OUR GEMSTONE RINGS:
Our Gemstones are high quality, but we do non provide certificate of authenticity. In Our Tension Settings, the Gemstone is set under compression, so every time you inadvertently or accidentally hit the ring against an hard surface, the shock could create fracture into the stone and consequentially the stone could pop out, but in case of damages or loss of the Gemstone, we offer Gemstone Replacement Service. Please contact us we will reply with returns & shipping procedures, and gladly replace the gemstone. (*Fees May Apply).
● IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT METAL FINISH
Stainless Steel doesn't oxidize. so virtually nothing could damage our mounting, It can only be scratched by hitting over against a hard metal metal surface. also if you wear 24/7 a Brushed Finish ring, the brushed finish in time will slowly wear off. Taormina Jewelry offers a 1 time Free Metal Refinishing, making your ring look like bright new, buffing of all eventual scratches and dents that could have occurred from wearing. Special orders are not eligible for sale prices, even if they arrive during a sale period. Sale prices are ONLY good during the sale dates. Upon request, we will make the sale price adjustment to those orders. Payments Plan, Coupons and volume discounts do not apply during a sale.
